Nutter Butter White Chocolate Chip Cookies

I saw this recipe on a blog called picky palate. I thought it looked good. Going to try to make it soon.

Nutter Butter White Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 sticks butter 1 Cup peanut butter 1 Cup sugar 1 Cup brown sugar 2 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 ½ Cups flour 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt
1 Cup white chocolate chips
10 Nutter Butter Cookies broken into small pieces

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream the butter and sugars until well combined. Add in peanut butter until well combined. With mixer on low beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.

2. Sift flour, baking soda and powder, and salt into a large bowl. With mixer on low slowly add in dry ingredients, white chips and broken Nutter Butters until just combined.

3. With a medium cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough onto a parchment or silpat lined baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until cookies are cooked through but still soft. Let cool for 3 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack to cool. Serve and enjoy!
